CrossFit Guild – Membership Policy
No Rollover Classes – It is true what they say, if you don’t use it, you lose it.
Membership Hold – Injury, moving, or an extended absence from the gym are viable reasons to seek an extension of membership. If you know you will not be able to make it to the gym, for one of the above reasons, for more than 14-days, we will be glad to put your membership on hold. You must tell us in advance prior to the 25th of the month. There are no retroactive holds allowed and the minimum hold time is 1 month.
Canceling / Changing a Membership – If you wish to make changes to your membership type, you may do so at any time prior to the first of each month. If you need to cancel your membership, please know that we require a 30-day notice. Anything shorter than a 30-day notice will result in an additional month membership charge, and your membership expiring the following month. Please email us regarding the change or fill out a membership change form at the gym.
Refunds – There are no refunds for classes or memberships to include our OnRamp Course. We are serious in our commitment to you and expect the same in return.
Children – We do not offer childcare, but do have a designated room for kids complete with a TV and chalkboard wall. Children must remain in the ‘kid cage’ during the entire class time. At no time may children climb on equipment or run onto the floor of the gym. If your child needs to use the restroom, it is your responsibility to take them, by hand, to and from the restroom. These rules are for the safety of our athletes and your children. If your child is a disruption to the class, you will be asked to remove them and come to class at another time.
